I was born in Chicago to a family of builder / developers. I have been around construction my whole life watching my parents build two family homes, and hundreds of tract homes. My grandfather spent years doing commercial and my father, every aspect of residential from room additions to full housing communities.
I helped my parents all along the way with the family business. My mother flipped 3 houses with my help, and I invested in my own property with great profits. However, upon moving back to LA for the second time from Chicago, I realized that the real estate market was insane. And decided, rightly, that it was not the correct time to delve into my passion. And quietly, I waited.
Until now. Armed with passion, time and the ability to make myself and my clients money in real estate, I enter the market, not only as an investor, but as a real estate agent. I have stood on the outside for too long, I have been patient, but need be no longer. Armed with my newly acquired Real Estate License, I stand at ready.
